OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. TO ENTER: To enter, complete the registration form at ProjectResponder.com. Only an email address subscribed to and registered in an entrant's name may be used by such entrant. In the event of a dispute about entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same email account, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the sweepstakes at the actual time of entry. The authorized email account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet-access provider, an online-service provider or another organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of United States and Canada (void in Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of contest registration. Sweepstakes not open to employees, and their families or any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies or any other company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the contest(collectively the "Affiliated Parties"). This offer is void wherever prohibited, and subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. As long as the entrant remains subscribed to the Project Responder monthly newsletter, he/she will automatically be eligible to win an Axixtech (Lightning X Products) Hawk LED Dash Light at the end of every four months.

3. RANDOM DRAWING: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about the last day of each month, from among all eligible entries received. Decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding. Odds of winning will depend on number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by email at the address provided. If a Canadian resident is selected, he/she will be required to pay the shipping to be eligible for the prize.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES: Every four months, one (1) Axixtech (Lighting X Products) LED Dash Light will be given away. For all prizes: No warranty or guarantee will be given by Sponsor with respect to any prize. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution, cash redemption, assignment or transfer of prize permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a prize with another prize of greater or equal value. Winners will be sent an affidavit of Eligibility and liability/publicity release by email. This affidavit must be signed and received by Sponsor within 10 days of winner notification, or the prize package will be deemed forfeited. In addition, the winner will be required to verify their address, provide proof of age and present evidence of residence as instructed by Sponsor.

5. GENERAL: No responsibility is assumed for viruses, technical, hardware, software or other online entry malfunctions of any kind or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the sender, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entry for the sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as described in these Official Rules, Sponsor shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such an event, Sponsor reserves the right to choose winner from all eligible entries received. Multiple or duplicate entries received will be disqualified. Responsibility for receipt of entry rests solely with the entrant. All entries become the property of the Sponsor. Sponsor will not return or acknowledge receipt of entries. If the winner is unwilling to accept the prize, an alternate winner may be selected. Prize is nontransferable, and substitution is not allowed, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, related to a prize are the responsibility of the individual winner. Sponsor makes no representation about the condition or fitness of any part of the prize. Prize will not be awarded until affidavit of publicity and release forms are completed and returned. An additional statement of eligibility and execution of certain release forms may be required prior to the award of the prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission by winner to use his/her name, voice and likeness/image for promotional advertising, publicity or trade purposes in any and all media worldwide in perpetuity by Sponsor and Affiliated Parties without further compensation except where prohibited by law. By entering this sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Sponsor and the Affiliated Parties are not responsible for illegible, incomplete, late, lost, damaged, destroyed, incorrect, postage due, delayed or misdirected entries. Sponsor and its Affiliated Parties are not responsible for computer, telephone, cable network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability, or garbled or jumbled transmissions. Sponsor and Affiliated Parties are not responsible for Internet/web site/use, net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion or unauthorized human intervention, or for any damage to user's system occasioned by participating in the sweepstakes or downloading any necessary information. By participating in this sweepstakes and/or by accepting the prize, entrants and winners release and forever discharge Sponsor, the Affiliated Parties and their respective parents, shareholders, partners, interest holders, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents, authorized representatives, employees, advertising agencies from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from participation in this sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of any prize, including, without limitation, for personal injury, damage, loss or death, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy and merchandise/prize delivery. Sponsor is not responsible if any prize cannot be awarded due to delivery cancellations, delays or other interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or otherwise failing to abide by these Official Rules.
